The regrets minimization framework

If you don’t make effects – regret & drowning will happen.

If you don’t rest intermittently, burnout may happen.

If you don’t take MSED/rejuvenating breaks, you may regret it later. Use the 90% 10% principle here.
If excess MSED breaks are taken, regret may happen due to diminishing marginal utility.

PS: Multimedia, food etc can be enjoyed after retirement also. Early in life, earning extra cash & living well below your means is mightily important for wealth to be your partner in earning more wealth. Instead of employing people, you can employ wealth to earn more wealth.

This is to be done till you essentially retire.
